Absolute worst service! They promised to deliver work on time asked for 80% deposit. Product was not delivered a day after the event it was intended for. I need a refund

Terrible service and unprofessional. They did shoddy work on branded notebooks which I returned, they fixed some but some were still not up to scratch. I do not recommend. Use at your own risk.

Horrible service. So unprofessional. I sent a deposit on the 13th of September asking them to do belts for high school pageants the promised to deliver Monday the 19th they had non I asked for refund they referred me to some paper . I regret doing business with then

This company is not trustworthy, I had a very bad experience with them. I ordered an executive pull up banner from them in March 2022 and promised delivery time was 7 working days. It took them more than two months to deliver as promised and after many calls and shop visits. I managed to get hold of the owner by the name of Martin and explained my dissatisfaction with the service and only for him to tell me he wasn't aware of my issue. He promised to investigate and to call me later that day but never did. I tried to call him to follow-up on the matter but he never answered my calls. I was finally given an old used product on June 2022 which broke the first day I tried using it (old mechanism of the executive pull up banner). Their service is disgusting, I wouldn't advise anyone to do business with them. I am not happy, I rate them 0 (zero).

There was initially some glitches with service delivery, but after the hurdles were cleared, the guys were willing to work overtime to finish my assignment. Thank you Mollie & Tebogo.

Disappointments on service delivery. I'm still dissatisfied and following up on my 2021 order in 2023. Trying to get hold of the owner through the phone or going to store proves to be a futile exercise. I was not served right at all.
