Bough an L shape couch light grey. Very happy with the product. Had additional cushions made to finish off the look. Was very impressed with upfront and after sale service. Would recommend based on my experience.

I have to agree with Jan Gouws - terrible service. I ordered (AND PAID) for a leather rugby ball in May and was promised that it is in JHB. Still have not received the ball or my money back.

I ordered the Armstrong L-Shape sofa with free ottoman, great product, great service and great price. Was kept informed throughout by Monique from the new Table Bay Mall shop. Had a minor hiccup but it was resolved promptly. I can definitely recommend Spitfire Furniture, service (tick), product (tick).

Excellent service and exceptional quality. The Johannesburg store manager went out of his way to deliver my chairs on time and was a pleasure to deal with. My Tomcat chairs are the best features in my home!

AVOID this company at all cost. Hands down the worst service I have ever dealt with. Very poor quality items with no customer service. You will regret choosing this company and potentially become ill with stress like I have if you have to deal with them. I 100% regret ever giving them my hard earned cash and custom.

I ordered a couch and paid a 70% deposit on 14 March 2022. My invoice states lead times are 6 - 8 weeks (and the sales person confirmed this). We have followed up with the sales person 3 times. First, we were told the balance must be paid before it will be delivered - so I paid in full, in good faith. Promised delivery date came and went - no response. We followed up again...and again. It is now the 8th of June 2022, and nothing - not even a phone call to let us know there is a delay or what is going on. For an item that we paid over R20K for...I expect better. Please do not tell me that you cannot find our order. Invoice number is INV0000043. I won't order from Spitfire again and would not recommend buying from them. Not a good experience, be warned.

Pathetic service. I was promised delivery of a chair I have already paid for. Delivery never happened without any notification. I.e I am still waiting for my R18000 chair. This is unacceptable service with empty promises. I will return to this shop and demand my money back and I will never go near that shop again.
