Curiosity got the better of me and I popped in to view the selection. It's like a candy store experience. So much to choose from and the variety.....mind blowing (excuse the pun). The staff is welcoming, super friendly and helpful. Answering all my questions most people would shy away from. The store is neat and well presented. If you are an avid play enthusiast, I highly recommend this store. It will have you coming back for more (again, excuse the pun).

Ordered online here. Still haven't received after a week, promise within 2-3 days. Don't answer emails. Disappointing. At least inform your customers of delays

Gone are the days of being embarrassed to shop at an adult store because Olivia Grey offers a premium and glamorous experience. Not only do they stock the best products, which are extremely well priced, the staff are the cherry on top. They are attentive, friendly, welcoming and always happy to assist and make sure you leave with the right products. This creates an unforgettable experience both when you are shopping and after you leave.

Unkind. Uncompassionate. We had the worst experience there recently. We were handed a product and told that it was a certain product. Trusting the salesperson (who aside from this was nice), we assumed that they were telling the truth, took our goods and left. We then later discovered this was not the product we bought without opening the box. The next day we tried to return it, to swap it for the product we were told that we had been given, but they would not refund us. They were willing to take back the item and swap it, so this was clearly NOT a safety issue. They were just too awful to own up to their mistake. We had spent over R6000 the previous day and we just wanted the product we were told we were buying. It was a minor part of the purchase. But they were unwilling to help. Congratulations, you will never have another purchase from us ever again.

Excellent addition to the Cape Quarter shopping experience. A large selection and super friendly staff! Definitely guaranteed to find something you like.

Shout out to Olivia Grey staff. Very helpful for a first time buyer. Once I started talking to them (Marie specifically) I felt at ease and not awkward at all. Prices are reasonable.

Good products, large choice, helpful advices.

My experience was absolutely wonderful. The service was excellent. My products, at first, did not arrive and when I mentioned it to the company they were quick to respond and deliver. I will definitely be getting more products from here in the future.
