Clean matters are heard via Microsoft Teams online platform, for both mediation and arbitration.The only challenge is onlinr applications for new matters online, rhe matters shoot straight to arbitration process without any mediation, but commissioner handling matters are aware, thus for late applications due to online technicalities a normal 7/11 form must be submitted before matter is heard.I guess CCMA systems need to be monitored and upgraded more especially becuase of the illiterate public mainly employed as seasonal farm workers and unfairly dismissed former employees to mention a few. Because big firms coroborate false evidence, but because its constant, rhe truth is neglected and an award given in favour of Capital, or the employer. But skilled commissioners are better able to advise here. Covid19 protocols observed and temperature checks conducted as per standard.
