For more than a week their number does not work, even if you dial Defy in Longstreet they cannot connect you and have no way of helping you. Despite promises from Risilwe (spelling?) that they will have the service department phone you and she herself will get back to you - nothing. Page from the service department herself has also not given any feedback. Previously I had the same poor service from the parts department. It seems they just don't rate service as important anymore. Very, very poor service.

Dropped of my machine and there was no one to help me off load. I went and I picked up my machine and there was no one to help me load. Absolutely no service, eventually I got home and noticed they had not put any bolts back and I had to finish their job. My appliance is working perfectly now, but work quality and professionalism they offered is very poor. Phone number they provided online does not work at all.

Brandon said some of the parts" would be available within 2 days - and it was so. Excellent2nd order - The microwave glass pane was immediately told - will take a couple of days longer - but I am sure he will keep his word.Well done Defy

Staff is very friendly and helpful. I was impressed with the receptionist that went out of her way to assist with finding a part, even though it is not her responsibility.

Ordered a part, told me it would be 5 days. No call to indicate a delay. Phoned head office, had system problem, would phone me back, nothing. Went to store next day, queried, part not there, would find out and let me know. Again, no feedback.
