Coach Monica is a gem and needs to be protected at all costs. She is an amazing coach and if you are anywhere near Bedfordview you need to join. She keeps the classes vibey and the classes are different all the time. which keeps it interesting and fun. Best part of the facilities is there is an outside area so we are not restricted to only the boxing gym. The ladies are also amazing and its a great encouraging environment to get fit, strong and have fun! Highly recommend.
