Convenient location. Helpful staff. They stock a bit of everything and even cut keys. Great for when you are doing a DIY job and quickly need to pop out to get something to finish the job.

Very poor after service received, paid for keys to be cut and to be delivered which was never delivered, unfortunately the office staff got keys elsewhere as the keys was not delivered as arranged with Hills, when I followed up regarding this matter it was shocking to what attitude I got, the guy handling the issue even tried to make it my fault as to why follow up was not made as there was a miscommunication from his staff side as his staff is now on leave. I asked for a refund on the 13 keys but Ill rather write off the money and leave it and not use them for business again. What a disappointment.
