I am so disappointed. I dont know where my parcel is. On the system it says delivered. It was not delivered. No one can give me feedback on this. Everyone is talking in circles. and i believe everyone is working from home in Richards-bay but no one knows whats going on.

Bad service, my parcel has been out on delivery since 26 February 2020 08:27am to this day I have not received it. Countless times I have called to inquire about where my parcel is and I have been told that its on its way. Yesterday I called again and I was told that its with the returns. How because the delivery guy never called me to say they have come to deliver my parcel as they normally do. Been calling all day today and they are not answering the phone. I need this parcel its my study material from UNISA and my assignment is due soon for the module that is in that parcel.
