Shocking! Initially friendly and fantastic but work is not guaranteed. After fixing my stove, they came back the next day as the top was not connected properly, but once I realised that the element in the oven no longer worked (which worked fine before they came), they would not come back. Many times they said that they were on their way but never showed up and would hang up on me when they realised who was phoning. Terrible customer service!

Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced!! On first appointment came without any tools even though when appointment was made problem with stove was clearly stated (had to pay call-out fee). Came the next day to fix stove but did not put top back correctly and now oven is also broken. Tried to make followup appointment, missed several appointments for which we had to arrange to be at home for. Eventually would just hang up whenever we phoned. Tried speaking to someone else at the company but also unhelpful and with no success.If only there was an option to give zero stars!

Stay clear, they were not even able to pitch for the call out appointment. After 2,5 hours and several ignored phone calls, they answered when I phoned from an unknown number and pleasantly informed me they are closed now. Certainly don't even want to think what type of service you will get after they have been paid, if this is the experience when they still have an opportunity to get the business.
