Vim Nails

I purchased a Wikideals voucher for a full manicure/pedicure with gel application; all that was done was the application of the gel. The application on the toes was bad, the lady appeared to be tired.

I had such a pleasant experience!! Vim is such a kind and fun-loving woman. Thank you so much for my beautiful nails Vim, it looks absolutely fabulous!! I'll definitely be coming back :)

I had 2 wikideals for a mani and pedi. My appointment was confirmed for 10.45 this morning. I got to the studio at 10.15. Someone from the store phoned Vim and she apologized but won't be able to make the appointment. Totally unprofessional. I have a wedding on Saturday and hair and nails appointments are booked in advance. She then wanted to reschedule to later today or tomorrow. I now have to fork out money to have my mani and pedi elsewhere. I asked for a refund but I'm still waiting... Pathetic service. Will definitely not recommend this business.

Today was my first time doing my nails with Vim, she is amazing!! I'm so in love with my nails:) The service was great and the environment/ambience is fantastic & clean. I highly recommend Vim Nails!

My voucher was for a manicure and a gel application. I only got the gel application and she literally fell asleep / dozed off a few times while doing my nails.

My first experience going to do nails professionally an the worst experience ever. I will never reccomand anyone to do there nails at Vim's nails studio, I made an appointment for my mom an myself for our birthday when we arrived she was busy doing another clients nails an wanted us to come back later, we then left as we had other things to do on our birthday as well an made an appointment for the next week. came the next week same thing happened as my mom an myself arrived to do our nails she had just started with another client we waited about a quarter of an hour to do our nails an to top it off Vim falls asleep while doing my nails it looked so terrible that i removed it when i got at home honestly disappointed an unprofessional wasted money.

5 stars because your nails end up looking amazing and the process is gentle and thoughtful. But I also come for the friendly fun conversation. Thank you Vim Nails

I visited Vim Nails on Saturday had a wikideal voucher for a full manicure with gel application, never recieved a full manicure my cuticles and nails weren't even shaped and pushed back. I had a picture of what I wanted and asked for guidance wasn't even assisted with that. Ended just choosing a different colour. No help, or guidance maybe saying ok let me try get those colours closes to what you want. Started with my nails, paint work so pathetic there are gaps and bumps not professional. Vim falls asleep, I'm not sure If she can't see properly. I had to tell her and show her missing spots. Which wasn't even re done properly. The gel application is bumpy not smoothed out. I have gaps I am so disappointed won't recommend anyone to go there. They need to step up their game,!!! BIG TIME!!!

I am extremely disappointed in Vims service. I will never use or refer their business. We paid 360 for Full Pedi and gel application on Wikideal and all my daughter received was a gel application. No foot wash,scrub etc.. Don't know what their definition of a Full pedicure is but I am an Unhappy customer.
