Am so shocked at the terrible and unprofessional service received by this company and highly warn anyone against using his services. We have recently moved to cape town. When he arrived we were in the process of moving a heavy item of furniture downstairs- i asked if he could lend a hand for 5 minutes. He refused and then left without a word!! Completely abandoning the job and not responding to my messages. I have no issue if he didnt have the time or energy to assist, but to abandon the job and drive off without telling us is completely unacceptable!!
