The best hairdressers ever

On the 18th Sep I was booked in for bleach, colour and 50cm micro-ring extensions. Two weeks prior I confirmed the exact colour with images, quotes and clear understanding of what I asked for. I was charged R7695.00 and for not the red I wanted but I was happy enough. Including a shampoo and conditioner recommended. 2 days later it washed out and the extensions went bright pink.Went back to fix, I added 20 more strands and purchased another different shampoo recommended and steam iron and paid another R3230 on the 25th September.I waited till Wednesday to wash and the extensions washed out to this orange /silver. Obviously R10k in two weeks later I wanted a refund as this does not look worth the money or quality at all. She said well, it’s just the extensions she will give a refund for not the installation- this is not my fault her quality was substandard. She even ignored my messages and didn’t bother to answer _ message is included.Also to add she said if 1/2 strands come out it’s natural, 9 came out and again the washing staff was taking it out. So this is again a testament to the professional way this Salone conducts its business and the “quality” they stand by in their offering.A week later to remove I still offered a chance to fix or refund and when I arrived the owner was consulting with a new client. And offered me a New branded water. That is all she has said to me, never did she come look at the hair, apologize, not even offer a wash and blow - absolutely nothing she say outside with a friend smoking andTalking. And left the work to the hair washing staff.When I left she didn’t even bother to send a message just the proof of payment for R4060. 00 just the extensions.My take on this salon - if spending money they are good to you, if they have to give money back due to their negligence and inexperience they treat you like you don’t exist.I am taking this matter to the CPA authorities as this was over a 3 week period and is not handled accordingly by law. I feel I have been ripped off by this salon due to the fact that I am willing to spend money.Sadly she did not even get the real professionals/suppliers in to see what the issue is.I have a feeling she uses sub-standard quality , coupled along with inexperience and a genuine lack of integrity.This is my warning to clients looking at Illusrious Hair Salon in Benoni .Images included : Wine red I requested, what is got, and the professional message.fake advertising on their Instagram account of good quality, this was good for 2 days only.
