Blooms Pharmacy

Went 2 times to find closed doors while google is showing it is open. Please update your open time. Not very nice when you are in need of medicine.

I had such great service from Blooms when I was very sick and really needed help. I sent them a list of what I needed, Blooms too the stress out of it, sent me bank details to make payment and arranged collection. They were kind and helpful at a time when I was too sick to manage things myself. They also had all the items I needed which were mainly natural products or vitamins which I was surprised by as I thought i would have to shop around.Highly recommended!Thank you so much for your kindness Blooms.

A wonderful pharmacist looked after us during our visit to Cape Town. We both had some sort of tummy bug during the last few days of our trip and were due to fly home. She made some great recommendations and we got home without incident and the probiotics helped repair things so out tummy’s are back to normal! A huge thank for your kind words and the tissues.

Extremely rude and dismissive 'head pharmacist '. Treated me like sub-human when THEY were in the wrong (they lost/misplaced my script). I eventually spoke up and stood up for myself. Their prices are exorbitant too. I will be moving to another pharmacy asap.The only plus is that the lovely lady at the counter went out of her way to help me.

The staff are friendly and helpful, they always have my prescriptions and anything else I might need.

Frankly to explain what happened wouldn't serve any purpose given the manner I was treated when asking what I deemed a simple question. The taller of the two at the back acted and looked as though he wanted an outright fight. By FAR the worst experience during my adult life while shopping.

Just called the pharmacy to place a telephonic order as I'm sick. The person who answered my call, male, was so rude and impatient. He asked me the same questions over and over and then starts shouting at me like it's my fault he doesn't understand english. Please don't work with sick people in customer service if you don't have the passion for the job. Remember, You need me as a client as I need you as a pharmacist. Without me, the client, you don't have a job!! I will not use this pharmacy again. There's plenty of other pharmacies around that's much cheaper with better customer service. You're always overcharging the medical aid customers anyway.
