Great furniture shop, my only gripe with the store is that there's no dedicated customer parking

So I just got off the phone with a person working at Bradlows claremont and I asked if there's any way of being able to see how the bed feels becasue they don't have on show. All she asked was what my weight was, followed by saying that bed will be right for me because I'm under the limit.It's almost like the type of bed doesn't even matter, its only about weight, looks like I need to call the bed manufactures and let them know that they've been doing it all wrong, and they only need to advertise the weight limits. Forget about gentle, medium and firm we're all wasting out time as long as the bed does break we'll call it a success. Back pains and comfort for who?We shop at bradlows, we don't need comfort.

Reprehensible service, no idea of customer needs or satisfaction

GOODDAYI want to share my disappointment of the service at the Bradlows store Claremont I will never shop at that Store ever again or any Bradlows storeI wanted to purchase a corner lounge suite cash the young lady Noma was so helpful trying to, assist me but they had no stock she was trying to arrange that I go to the, warehouse of which she needed the manager to go with me she took me to another store for options to see but they did not have either went back to the store to meet manager who were out and could not be located but no assistance from any of the other sales staff I left and bought the suite at Beares instead cash what a shame and disgrace for the store
