Please DO NOT use this company. The owner was very unprofessional, talks over you and does not listen to your requirements. He came to my place to assess my goods and advise on a truck that will be suitable for my goods. to be transported. He then quoted based on the size of the truck that will be used. On the day of the move the truck was too small and most of my goods were left behind as they did not fit into the truck. Bare in mind i still had to pay the full price even though not all my belongings were transported. He also promised that the goods will arrive on the day i move into my new place however the goods arrived at 10.30pm during the day i had to make numerous calls to find out where they were and even called Farouk and he was not honest about the where abouts of the driver. He then gave me the drivers number to contact the driver, again bare in mind he is the owner of the business and i had an agreement with him yet i had to call the drivers. Anyways at 10.30pm i had to drive out to look for the truck as they were lost. I still had to accommodate them as they were unable to offload the truck and could only do so in the morning. It cost me a further nights accommodation as i obviously could not sleep at my place with no furniture. In the end he demanded the full payment. N considerations to the inconvenience that was caused to me. Over priced to pathetic service.
