I am very dissapointed in the service I received from Peter and his partner, first Peter failed to let me know that he will not meet the agreed timeline and I had to complain first and then the project was then given to his partner. She advised that she will send me the art work before printing which she did not and that resulted in them printing the incorrect business name on the golf shirts,non of them bothered to let me know and had to find out after my brother picked up the shirts. The worse part is that they have not even apologised for their messy work. I had hoped to do more business with you but you lack customer service and that is a deal breaker for me.
