The receptionists really made both my experiences hell. They are very impatient and straight out rude. When visiting the dentist most humans are generally in grave pain and the last thing they need is attitude from receptionists. The dentists are amazing and know what they are doing. Truly welcoming and make ones experience less excruciating. Something needs to be done about the receptionists!

Had the worst experience at reception. I was told my 8 year old daughter must go in alone to consult with the dentist and it was my first time there. I just left without seeing the dentist because the receptionist was so inconsiderate

Friendly doctor that's very good with kids. Works on a first come first serve basis. Close on Fridays for mosque

Convenient. Well priced. Good dentists.

The lady dentist Dr Ramdhin was very good. But the receptionist told us to wait in our car in blazing heat. Refused to do that because out of sight, out of mind and receptionist very unpleasant. She needs to be replaced. Highly recommend Dr Ramdhin though if you can get passed unpleasant lady behind the counter. Don't ever tell me to wait in car, bloody rude!

Very poor service. You make your appointment and wait in the car. I have been waiting in the car for more than two hours now. I was told there are only two people in front of me but maybe four people have went in before me. They are really unfair. I’m not pleased at all.

Reasonably priced and friendly service

My son visited the dentist in July 2022 to have two front teeth capped. On Saturday, one cap came off. He went in first thing this morning, waited 2.5 hours, and received another temporary cap. This evening, the cap came off. His appointment is on Thursday. Now he has to walk around for two days with a broken front tooth.Poor workmanship!

The lady that answers the phone here has very poor phone etiquette and she sounds like she's on life support.

Mahomed and every staff member in his practice on behalf of myself and my girlfriend.As you know, she had been in an extreme amount of discomfort for a very long time, whilst attempting to have it rectified by other practitioners, proved unsuccessful, hence her reluctance for further attempts to be made. We have heard many recommend your care and decided to consult with your practice. With your warm, sympathetic, kind nature, professionalism and thorough examination of her troublesome tooth, we were already impressed, furthermore, she was put completely put at ease and worry free.What had truly made it a memorable experience was the fact that the surgery had taken place, despite it’s complicated nature, not only successfully, but pain free, (before and after) with minimal swelling, immediate relief and most inexpensive.You and your team can pat yourselves on the back, for your level of care toward patients, skill and compassion in something that is unique to your practice. I would recommend anyone to pay you a visit for your services and consider it a good deed toward them.
