Excellent service, quick turnaround time on my new windscreen

The technical team were very good, but scheduling the appointment for fitment wasn't handled well by the front office. I received 2 calls from the technician who was ready to do the job, but this had not been scheduled each time. I ended up making the fitment arrangements directly with him.

They Made difficult to clean spots in my vehicle's interior, Also did not have the right windscreen in 2 occasions, But very friendly staff.

Terrible customer service. Called and sent two e-mails to replace my windscreen - NO feedback. Would not recommend.

Not impressed let's put it in a nice maner , at this day 30 may 2022 my windscreen was supposed to be replace , this is the second time that they where supposed to replace my windscreenThe firts appointment was on 25 of may and Noone pitch. If u phone there is 100 reason and time is really not a problem for this people , so today here we are again reschedule appointment but o no the windscreen that they brought along is the wrong size totally wrong car actuallyNow I'm asking myself how do u submit photos for your claim the claim get approved, actuall fact claim is already paid for but the job is not even done yet?If u phone the office. The quickest words is they will phone u back, and that dosent happenedThey call 5 times to confirm a appointment time and date. But when the day arrives communication is not there

I am not sure what to rate. Yes, they fixed my windshield, but call after call, they seem to want to help me, but then ignore me for 2 weeks. It's just annoying.They did go out of their way on the day of repair, but after that, its not been the best service.I still have not resolved my issue, and it's been a month now.

I sent my incurrence document in on the 10th April 2023 and today it is the 02 May 2023. It has been 3 and a half weeks, every week they have a new excuses, they should have come today but they never did, they promised tomorrow we will se if they come.
