Our experience with McGrath agents, Brett and Hayden, was nothing like the other real estate agents we have dealt before. They have been very helpful and responsive even though the vendor was a public trustee and very slow in processing anything.Even post the sale, they are still offering extra inspections of the property voluntarily to help us boost the renovation we have in mind.
