Senor secretary - school admin, made simple

A very simple and useful way to track progress of multiple subjects with visual information to aid in understanding; although the time logging system could do with a redesign.

An incredibly helpful tool that is a little bit of extra effort to log your times but very useful once you do. It is the best thing to help you review your times and find out if you are doing something wrong in your work process. Although I will mention the times given are not the be all end all, some subjects you will need slightly longer for, like maths or science. But all in all a very helpful tool!

I teach quite a few subjects and I have students at a variety of paces and positions within the textbook. It’s a really great platform for me to keep track of everyone. I like that it’s easy to make changes and that I can see a holistic picture of how my students are progressing.I really enjoy that I can see multiple students' pacesetters next to each other as it helps me to compare and make changes easily. The search functions are also easy to use and I find it helpful to be able to look at individual student information too. So when I need to book a lesson with them, I already know when they are occupied/ free and what the rest of their day looks like. Great platform, I highly recommend it. Emma Acker, teacher

I've only used the system for 4 weeks now, but it has really helped me as an educator at a new school to get to know the students better by accesing the other subjects they take and comments from other educators etc. It is also very easy for me to contact a group of students and their parents at once with regards to practical sessions and also notify their other subject teachers. The planner system also works well to help keep track of my students progress and help with planning. The diary system also helps me to build a written record of each student.I would appreciate a system where I can make and store quick notes of students per class(like topics they want to revise in the next lesson, or a record of absenteesm etc.)

Very user-friendly from a student's point of view and it's a great tool to have everything that I need to see for school in one place!

This system is incredible. Once you get the hang of it and learn howbto navigate the system, it is way ahead of its time and a complete game changer in the schooling world of admin, record keeping including exams, invoicing and the list goes on.Definately well worth the investment for our school.Thank you

I enjoy using the current admin system. Although it took me some time getting used to logging my time and so on, it quickly became a habit. Everything is designed very efficiently and the whole programme tells you exactly what you need to now.

The system has significantly altered the way we go about our daily duties at school. As teachers, we are regularly hindered from educating students due to excess admin tasks related to the tracking of students progress, individual performance, providing feedback etc. This system has automated most of these menial tasks and hence freed our time up to focus on our essential duty as teachers: to teach. I am incredibly thankful and impressed by what the system has accomplished. Would definitely recommend!

The system is quite good. A vast amount of information is available once you start to dig deeper into the system and how it works. I like the Planner Tool quite a lot

I think it is a great system, easy to understand and access. I would definitely recommend it for anyone to use.
