Fantastic service! Had to go away for the weekend and had a quick issue that needed to be sorted. The team there made some time for me and despite it only being a very quick fix, they did not over charge me where most places would have! Thanx guys!!!

I am super impressed with their service! I asked them to replace my clutch while doing a full service because it felt like it wasn't operating properly but they inspected my vechile and patiently explained how they determined that my clutch is perfect and it's the carpet that's causing issues. They turned down an opportunity to charge me triple the amount because it was the honest thing to do. Absolutely amazing individuals and they've made a lifelong customer!

I took my Audi to M&E Auto for an annual service. It was the first time I have tried this place, and only happened upon it by checking the service history book of the car I had bought. The previous owner had only serviced the Audi at M&E, and for this reason I thought to follow the trend.When I dropped the car off, I was surprised to be offered a courtesy car for the day! I was also informed throughout the day as to the servicing of my car and of any other costs that may be involved and what time to expect my car to be ready for collection. The car was ready at the assigned time, and was beautifully cleaned inside and out when I collected it.The staff at M&E Auto were all amazing. Incredibly friendly, and clearly passionate about cars!

Thank you so much to Roelof, Heino and the helpful team. They've walked the extra mile to replace the rear view mirror while working on the A/C system at almost no charge. They kept me up to date of the progress on my car. Very friendly and helpful!

So so impressed!Walked in without appointment on a Sat morning requesting an urgent oil service - workshop was fully packed but they went out of their way to accommodate me.I was very impressed with the professionalism and attitude they handled my request. Also the general atmosphere in the workshop between management, technicians and mechanics is of a positive nature and shows a well oiled machine.I will most definitely bring my car back for a full service and a lekka cup of coffee.Thanks guys!

Great experience with the team at M & E Auto. I had an EPC light warning pop up on my dashboard and the team was great at getting it resolved for me. Quick and efficient and car is driving like a dream again. The team was friendly, professional and very helpful.

Asked to get an estimate to replace the main camshaft seal on a VW, the receptionist said they can't help me. Asked to speak to another colleague, they said they will phone. Never heard from them again. Not very helpful!

Took advantage of their advertised AC service special. Paid similar price previously at another workshop with no improvement on AC performance. Staff was friendly and took the time to explain the process of the equipment they use. Did exactly what they explained and my BMW's AC worked perfectly again after the refill. They did forget to replace the caps on the refill nozzles but i found one of them in the engine compartment and just popped it back on myself. Hope its not a critical item but overall i was pleased with the service received.Will recommend them if you need an honest assessment of your issues.
