I have two vehicles, this app shows that my other vehicle is at my residence since 16h52 yesterday, yet the vehicle is at my wife's work place since this morning. It shows that the second vehicle is on the road and it shows the time as 11h51 yet I've arrived home at 12h00. As I'm typing now it's 15h52 but the app shows the vehicle still in motion 35km away from my place at 11h51. This is ridiculous. I've been talking to Cartrack about this issue and no one is willing to assist on the matter. I curse the day I signed the contract with this company.

I regret the day I sighed the contract with them , they installed a tracker on my bike. It only worked one week after I called them for repairs they delayed up to 3 months while deducting my money.When I want to cancel the contract they wanted cancellation fee while it's them who haven't done their job.

After scheduling an appointment dor instilation 2 hours after the given time I had to phone them to find out whats happening. Get a nee date for the following day and still no one pitchedHow are you supposed to track my car if u cant even be on time to install the device ?

Don’t even waste your money this company is a scam they promise you that they’ve installed high quality tracking devices but when your car gets stolen they won’t recover it!
