It was a bad experience. We ordered to dine in and when we finally got our order, the plates were dirty. When we took one back as it was very dirty, no one took accountability or said sorry, they just took the plate and put the food on a new one. They did even check the other 2 plates or even bother to ask or check if they are okay, so we just took our food and put it on napkins that covered the cutlery. Even though other staff saw us eating on napkins and looking displeased, they never bothered to ask and just carried on chatting together. When we finished and couldn’t wait to go, we asked how come they served us on dirty plates and is it always like this and the lady was just hurrying us and saying that when they make burgers they have to be fast and sometimes it gets messy, still again, no one taking accountability, apologizing or explaining properly. Anyone can see a dirty plate that was just wiped on the side, untiderly. And when we finally left that lady was shouting saying, Please apologize to the “kids” for giving them dirty plates, as were were leaving and they were closing. That on its own is undermining us, she doesn’t even know how old we are. All in all, the service from beginning to end was bad. Hope this is not done to other people, especially younger people like us.

The till lady paid no attention to us (Ayanda) and completely ignored us to speak to the other lady staff members. Super disappointing and not great service. Everyone was shocked at her attitude.
