Emmanuel was brilliant - super responsive, coming to my house the day after I called (with an offer to come same day) to assess my mouse problem. At my request he sourced a humane trap, and set it up, then checked with me daily via Whatsapp for updates. In this case the mouse moved on on his/her own, but Emmanuel gave us great advice which contributed to its departure, and then came to collect the trap. He's also just a jolly nice guy.Thanks!

Emmanuel was great at following up and checking up when we had a mouse issue. It was a very humane way of catching the mice which had come in via our geyser down pipe. I highly recommend them.

Absolute great service! On time, reliable, friendly and they go the extra mile!I wasn’t able to be there when they did the initial inspection/treatment,but they were very comforting and professional, dealing with my tenants and also spotted where the problem was coming from. There was a problem with pigeons roosting above the balcony and creating noise and mess. Emmanuel visited the next day to give a quote and then came and did the job a few days later. He was polite, efficient and a pleasure to meet.

Emmanuel was fantastic. He arrived within an hour of me calling with a bad bird mite infestation. He explained everything clearly, provided options, showed care and concern for fledglings in the nests we were disturbing, and cleared out all of the debris from the two nests that he found in our ceiling. He was also great with our animals - making sure they didn’t follow him in to the areas where he was spraying. I would highly recommend his services to anyone!

Emmanuel from Nick & Ethan Pest Control is knowledgeable, polite, and perceptive. He clearly explained everything he needed to do without unnecessary extras or additional costs and found several problem areas which other people had missed. His work was both neat and effective. I haven't seen a single cockroach since having him come around. Very good value for the services provided and I will definitely recommend him.
