The patty for my cheeseburger must have been in the warming draw for many hours. It was so dry. You get twice the value for half the price down the road at any number of competitors. Will never come back

I love their Ciciliana pizza really. I can't comment on any other pizza but theirs is absolutely good cause the cheese is just enough, not dry at all. The riblets and chips for me are way too pricey considering it's only 4 tiny little riblets. Otherwise it's clean, the food is fresh.

Ordered the Perfect pizza, I could count the mushrooms and I'm sure they forgot the garlic. There was just no taste or flavor. I definitely will not buy again.

We are buying for years at Pizza perfect Strubensvalley. Tonight we went their and the staff didn't want to assist us. The one said he is busy and the lady didn't know what is going on. When she asked him for assistantance,he said he is busy. They didn't wanted to give the owners number.We went to Debonairs. The best pizza ever. Bye-bye Pizza Perfect. Just lost a loyal customer. Hope the owner sees this. Bad,bad service.

Ordered a large order from this restaurant using Uber Eats.When it arrived, half the order was missing.I called and complained to the owner who blamed Uber Eats.Luckily the delivery guy was happy to go fetch it.Once the missing food returned, it was ice cold.The Hawaiian pizza was missing pineapple.Incompetent service and staff. Won't be ordering here again.

Worst delivery service ever. Placed order on the app at 17:02. Estimated delivery time was 17:22. Received our food at 19:00. After phoning them twice to find out where our food is. They had to send a new driver. Couldn't even warm up our food coz of loadshedding. The least they could do was offer a discount or voucher. Only upside is that the pizzas tasted good.

Their service is disappointing.1. I ordered Godfather Pizza2. I was issued with a hand written receipt with an order number3. I was told my order will be ready after 15-20 minutes4. After 20 minutes I collected my order, only to be told one of the drivers took it5. The shocking part of it, manager/owner was so remorseless6. She said these things happen and you could sense a don't care attitude, no sense on customer service7. I then asked for my money back, and you could see there was no remorse at all.Shocking service indeed.
