I can highly recommend using Ekurhuleni Power Machinery and Services for the servicing of your generator/s. Firstly they where the first recommendation I received from Gen Tech Industries who are a major supplier of generators. They are listed on the Gen Tech website as a certified servicing agent.Secondly I was able to speak directly to the companies owner Avesh (who is almost always available or he will call you back). I found Avesh to be extremely knowledgeable and more importantly, happy to share is expertise. This even before he knew that he would be receiving my business. The desire to share knowledge of your field of expertise is, in my mind always a strong indicator of someone with a passion for their occupation.My units was collected the next day by his workshop manager, Wisdom. He to was very courteous, showing a very strong grasp of generator repair. Wisdom was happy to patiently answer my many questions. Never once showing that he was in a hurry or needing to go somewhere. I could see that Avesh puts effort into the training of his staff.BTW collection within 20km (I believe) of their workshop is free.I received my obligation (also) free quotation the very next day.The quotation was clear with each item separately indicated and priced, leaving no ambiguity. I was very pleased with the recent repairs to my Grip generator by this company. I needed it repaired urgently due to the ongoing load shedding and my family relies on it heavily for internet access and lighting. Not only did they collect it from my house on a public holiday, but they also repaired it in less than a day and returned it to my home promptly at the agreed time. Very rare experience of a professional response from a customer oriented service provider. I highly recommend them for anyone who owns a Grip generator based on my recent experience.
