Network keep disconecting and says no internet access. This happens every 5 min. When you call skynology they say they are working on towers but this problem keeps going on for 2 weeks now. Really poor service

You pay monthly for a service that works 40% of the time. If you work over weekends and there are no Skynology signal they will delay you until Monday as they do not work on weekends. Very frustrating service provider

Unreliable. forever promising that the problem will be sorted out but what a waist of cash. i have to continuously buy data because it is off. and after i was promised that it was fixed for good, updated my cell and the connection went off again!!!! causing my whole cell software to crash. iv never been this disappointed in my life!!! not even worth the 1 star its getting from me. wish i canceled before you costed me lots of cash

Very friendly staff which is where the one star comes from. If you are looking for a reliable service provider however, look elsewhere. Unreliable connections, poor quality, slow and continuously drops connections for hours on end... VERY REGULARLY!

Harties signal is often poor which leads to frustratingly slow internet. Internet works fine only about 70% of the time, but is very erratic the other +-30% of the time to the point where e-mails / normal searches don’t work.
