Bought a filter November 2020 and this year January it just started kicking dust back into my pool. Contacted Steyn and they send Shelby to come and have a look and fix the problem.Shelby is the most friendly and patient person you will ever meet. It was a pleasure seeing him work and answer all the stupid questions i had.I can say that my filter is sorted out and it did not cost me a cent. My pool is going from cloudy to clear as we speak. I would recommend Speck to anyone looking to get a new filter. Brilliant service.Thank you Steyn and Shelby again.

If only the repair guy would listen to the customer. Told him change the bearings, he changed capacitor. As a result the pump burned. They offered a replacement pump that cost more than what i could buy a Speck pump from Chaimberlains!

Im not sure what happened to Yolandé that worked there but the cellphone number I used I never got a reply on. All messages were read on what's up. It forced me to go to a different supplier thus not promoting Speck the brand. I'm sure all companies including my own can't afford missed opportunities especial in a POST COVID-19 business environments. If Yolandé is still there I am more than happy to recommend Speck again, as she is a true ambassador for your brand.
