Woolworths Simons Town

Got a new home theater system. The wife and I got in a heated debate about my new television use. One thing led to another, and she tried to rip my 55” samsung clean off the wall. Thanks to Woolworths, the Tv is still on the wall, and working well.

Good selection of food, some healthy food too. Prices not too high.Very convenient parking area and very friendly people.

I am disappointed with the level of cleanliness in this store. On a few occasions, I had to request that the till table be wiped as they are so grubby, but they do not have any cleaning agent at the tills and a dry cloth is used to do this. No wet wipes at the entrance or hand sanitiser. Picknpay has kept up with sanitation and cleanliness in their store.

Nope. Agree with the mismanagement.The second time I also received bad customer service. They are sooooo slow and unfriendly... while chatting with each other.

Friendly staff. And fresh fruit and veg. Just never has any Moroccan pork steaks in stock.

I am used to a fantastic shopping experience at WW stores across the country and I am used to excellent customer service across the board.I was there for shocked to experience such poor customer service and complete lack of staff being helpful at this store today.I went to checkout and pay for my groceries at teller 5, teller 6 appeared to be primarily busy serving staff.I put my basket down on the counter and due to the compact nature of the space and a screen that comes down at basket hight it is very difficult to unload the groceries. The teller simply folded her arms and made no attempt to assist. I eventually place the basket on the floor and unpacked from there.As I said teller 6 was busy with a WW staff member and as I was moving to pack my groceries into my bag a second staff member came up and pushed infront of me into that space so that he could stand in a queue behind the person being served at teller 6.I had no option than to stand back and wait for him to move before I could pack my groceries.A wholly unpleasant experience.May I suggest that it would be aporopriate to train your staff in the etiquette of customer service.

The store seems to be badly managed. There is a teller called Bethany who has such a bad attitude. I avoid her at all costs. Today she was sitting at her till with two other assistants lazing around her while she regaled them with her disdain for the customers. She was telling them how she likes to tip their baskets and ruin their products. She needs to be removed from her position as she is a disgrace to Woolworths.

Well stocked for the items I need. Good range of gluten free items and fresh foods.

Just went to Woolworths harbour bay, more staff on shop floor than shoppers standing in groups chatting, walking around watching their phones. Blocking isles so the few customers there couldn’t get pass. I walked out without shopping as it’s a waste trying to pass them. I won’t return.
