Ask for assistance @ 11:27 phoned twice from15:00 but no one answer the phones so now I don't know after so long lock down with the coronavirus you will think people are eager to make money but it does not look to me that way

Bad service ever, the lady was engaging on a call ignoring me amd guy also has a stinking attitude. I tell them my decoder is not working and they ask me silly questions.There have poor customer service.

Worse service ever, I almost cried. There were two ladies at the front desk and the one with dreadlocks was busy with a customer and I had to wait for the other lady to finish clipping her nails before helping me. I waited for almost ten minutes watching her doing nails.
