Duratec Battery's wont ever in my life buy it again,Won't recommend anyone to buy it, Sale person sold it to me under false impression that there's a 3 year warranty, Battery's only a year and month old to find out on the hard way it only carries a year warranty

Sales team Lawrence, Keanon and Preston are awesome, one man apparently named Jannie has small glasses was extremely rude as hell. I've been buying batteries from you for a very long time and NEVER HAVE I EVER BEEN SPOKEN TO SO RUDELY BEFORE.This makes me very upset this man is so rude

DONT EVER BUY BATTERIES HERE. Dropped my Deep cycle batteries here in December. Its almost the end of Feb and still haven not received my batteries (or new ones) back. They (Phillip and Alva) keep promising to get back to me regarding the testing and status of the batteries. NEVER gets back. Customer service must be a joke in this company.

Very unhelpful. I had to greet the sales person first. He did not even get up from his desk to come to the reception counter. Did not recognize the battery I requested despite the fact that the previous day I had phoned in and was quoted a price. EVENTUALLY he asked someone else for assistance. Even if one is not tech3 competent, manners and willingness go a long way in the customer experience.

Pathetic after sales service. Deep cycle batteries were sent in for checking 4 weeks ago and they still cannot give me an answer. Constant excuses. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DELTEC CAPE TOWN
