Service was really good and quick... a little disappointed with the chip repair to my windscreen as it was not as invisible as I would have hoped... Seems to me that chip repairs are more a precaution against windscreen cracks than an aesthetic exercise. Spent about R500 on 2 chip repairs, but going to claim from insurance for a new windscreen instead. Picture shown was after the repair...

Absolutely disgusting service. Appointment confirmed for 12:00 and instructed to arrive 15 minutes beforehand.It took 10 minutes to verify the windscreen has not even been delivered yet. Time taken off work for fitment and they don’t even have the courtesy to phone and reschedule.The staff member who logged my claim (Petunia) found the whole situation rather amusing.After 20 minutes I am still waiting while they tried to find where the delivery vehicle is …which doesn’t change the fact that I took time off work for their allocated booking time

What Excellent Service! Ordering of the windshield, appointment booking and booking itself went so flawlessly.Really great communication as well. Did not wonder about anything during the whole process.Recommended!

Sorry I give you a one star, my experience with your referral to Krugersdorp was not well thought of, if your branch just took a little more effort to speak to the lady at Krugersdorp and not just say you are sending someone and move my whole claim over...I would still prefer your branch...coz you are down the road from me...poor service...

Great service from PG Glass. I did try to phone them, but found it a painful experience as no-one got back to me. Once I went into the store the experience was much better. I did find their outgoing service lacking. Once you know the arrival date of the windscreen then rather phone them as there is a high possibility that they will not get back to you. After going in to fit the windscreen it was done relatively fast.

I did not have a good experience with PG Glass at Allen's Nek. Firstly the customer service is unsatisfactory as they do not bother to contact me as a customer regarding a the type of back Glass/ windscreen to order.Secondly they do not bother to call back about the followup queries and are very unreliable.Lastly a wrong glass was ordered for car after waiting for two weeks of processing the claim and order. I now have to wait for a further three to four weeks for the glass that is required to be replaced as it is out of stock from the dealership and parts distribution centre. .The customer service at Allens Nek is uncalled for and I hope the Manager and front line staff receive appropriate training on how to serve customers as they're is customer service is bringing disreputation of PG Glass Brand.

They were excellent...it did not take long +they were very professional +reasonably priced..they also came when they said they would.

My recent experience with this branch has been shocking. I initially thought this place was great and suggested a family member use this branch to do a windscreen replacement through insurance. Ultimately no communication from anyone after the initial set up and ordering, which was also a mission to get them to call us. Anyway, it's over two weeks later today and no one can get through to them. I called a week ago and the glass was not yet delivered to their branch. Safe to say that their service levels have declined sharply or maybe I've just been naive all this time. Truly disappointed. Use a different branch or competitor till this one sorts out their issues.---‐--------------------Previously rated 5 startsHave been going here for the past few years for any issues, and this place has always impressed me with their pricing and great customer service.
