After four and a half months of no delivery and no refund on fully paid products, Mrs Eksteen approached me to honour her debt and to make a clean start after exceptionally poor service and public relations. She undertook took pay half on the 26th of August and the remaining amount at the latest on the 2nd of Sept. She sent me exactly 7 mails to ask me to take down reviews here and on Hello Peter, because she wants to make a clean start etc etc. I withdrew my case from the Small claims court and asked Hello Peter to remove my review, because I once again trusted her. Needless to say -as soon as I took everything down and cancelled my case at the Small Claims Court - NO contact from her since and the second deposit was not made as promised. STAY CLEAR FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!! And I am one of numerous unhappy clients with the same story

Ordered stack - and sliding doors in December 2017. After many promises of the doors coming, it only arrived late January - they got measurements wrong (frame didn't fit the opening) and had to start over. Very bad service and quality of work. They make appointments and then they never pitch and they don't communicate if there is problems - you have to phone to ask why they never came. Still struggling to get them to fix all the problems - doors and windows not closing properly, blotches of spray paint where they tried to cover up the scratches. Panels not having the same colour, rubber used to keep glass in place have gaps and are broken, glass broken so many times and many visible scratch marks still on the doors.

Very good business. Professional services and responsible staff members! Full of potential and core-competition power.
