I recently participated in a day workshop with Swain and Maria to learn the Wim Hof method of breathing and cold water immersion.What an amazing experience. Swain and Maria create such a comfortable atmosphere to relax and understand the importance of self love and how to go about achieving that. Both are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about sharing their experiences with others.The workshop has a nice flow and multi-dimensional to cover a number of very intertwined topics from yoga, to breathing, to diet and your genera well being.The food was delicious. Followed by the ice bath which is scary and exciting but the group dynamic created through the day helps propel your excitement to jump in and take the plunge.Truly life changing for me, I can’t wait to get in my next ice bath and also can’t wait for the next opportunity to sit with swain and Maria and exchange more.Thanks to the Ice Tribe team for all you do.
