Good experience

Not bad at all. Easily accessible going both in and out of the shopping centre. Staff on the forecourt are very helpful and do not dawdle, and pumping of tyres is done correctly.The shop is clean and a reasonable selection of produce is kept.Better than many other garages in this chain.

The only Engen who is unable to help FNB clients!!Most pathetic response from the supervisor" since he did not even know what his job description was!!For the 5th time this month I am not able to pay for my petrol due to malfunctioning in fnb machines!!I am a fnb client and only uses Engen this is quite frankly the only Engen with connection problems!And the "supervisor's" response:please report it at FNB!!And while complaining he suddenly remembers me from weeks before when one of the employees didn't want to walk around my car to ensure the wheel caps is tightly fastened. (Ps he did not say anything that day) I had to get out of the car and fastened the wheel caps myself!!Been using them since day one

Pathetic. I have been a long standing customer with them and FNB was down. I couldn't pay. I will as willing to leave my ID, bank card and even my phone as I had an appointment to attend. They contacted the owner who refused and I eventually had to wait for someone to bring me cash to pay my R400 an hour later. needless to say I will never use them again.

Always clean and all personnel is friendly and very helpful

We went to engen 18:45 only one petrol attendant Jan on duty. We jump in and check water ourself. PLEASE ADVISE WHY YOU ONLY HAVE 1 ON DUTY!!!!!!

You can really try this place, the guys is always fast and friendly and do more then you asked from them.

Staff is friendly most of the time i put in petrol here but this morning i started to doubt the service of this station, made it clear to the petrol attendant to put in 93 unleaded and instead he put in 95, i got out of my car just to make sure my tires are okay and the other attendant thought it was realy funny when i started checking my tires making/cracking jokes at me, please put proper staff in place to assist your customers with grown up proffesional attitudes! Petrol is expensive and this is not the kind of service im looking forward to when i just want to fill up my tank.
