Stor-Age Randburg

I made use of Stor-age Randburg when I was abroad for a couple of years. I kept most of my belongings there, and found them in one piece when I returned. The Stor-age Randburg team also communicated well with me. I recommend Stor-age Randburg.

Best storage unit ive ever had! Amazing service, friendly staff and the facilities are always immaculately clean!

Stor-Age facilities are very clean, never once when I visited did I find the facilities dirty. Had a couple of hiccups when I was in the storage unit and at some point I was very frustrated but their personnel was attentive and went above and beyond to resolve my issue. They respond quickly to queries over email... And you won't go wrong with them. Security is also top notch so you know your stuff is safe.

The service was amazing and Andrew was a great help..I highly recommend the Randburg branch.. Really deserve more than 5 stars

The move in was handled perfectly. The easiest process I’ve ever had to deal with. The staff is incredible and professional. Andrew is absolutely incredible.

Selling up and emigrating is stressful enough as it is but when I ended up on the side of a main road with my hazards on and a van full of furniture due to the storage that promised easy access for a truck, actually being in the basement car park of a shopping centre, the stress levels went through the roof!! Thanks to google, I found Stor-age on Braam Fischer Dr, Randburg. Andrew answered the phone, assured me they had the right space with the easy access required. Being a Saturday morning, they were due to leave work but he and his team waited for me. The relief to be so well taken care of and see such clean, safe organised systems in place for the storage was immense. I feel safe every time I come on my own there.Thank you Andrew and your lovely co worker (sorry, I've forgotten his name) you were life savers. I wish I'd come to your storage from the start, it would have saved a huge amount of stress.I would recommend this facility to anyone needing secure storage.

I would like to express my satisfaction and to extend a word of compliment to the best assistant operations manager at STOR-AGE. PRETTY VILAKAZI is very professional, displays an energetic drive when she is assisting you with the application, she is very thorough when explaining the different storage packages and she even offered to assist with making booking arrangements for a “FREE” moving truck…. I have worked with other STOR-AGE branches in the past but the Randburg branch is by far my best experience.A person of Pretty’s calibre is a real asset to any organisation or business.

The customer service I experienced at Stor-Age Randburg was oustanding. I was assisted by Pretty and she went above and beyond to help with what I was looking for. I was impressed with the quality of service I received. I look forward to doing business with the company.

Received the best service from Andrew and team from day one right till the end with constant follow up and immediate response to comms at all times. Easy access location I had no issues getting and out at any point. It is safe, I experienced no fuss no hassle using the facility for 8 months comfortably. I’d definitely recommend Randburg for short or long term storage.
