Was there earlier on with company vehicle to repair rear left tyre slow puncture screw stuck inside, as I pulled up to the empty space like every tyre centre a guy will come to your assistance, so this particular male with a cigarette smoking came in a disrespectful manner towards the vehicle window so basic principle greeted Hi need to repair rear left tyre slow puncture he rudely replied pull around the corner and I will speak to you, so I done so climbed out the vehicle again greeted him and requested rear left tyre to be repaired slow puncture screw inside, his reply was the tyre is expired so it can not be repaired from a slow puncture although it is barnd new and has more then enough thread on it, he went on that they tyre repair centre will close down if he had to repair the slow puncture and no way he can assist, so I said no problem thanks, I then drove immediately to Tiger Wheel & Tyre in Cape Road found a empty space drove on the ramp same time they assisted and repaired the slow puncture with not even a word so nice and respectful they were towards thier client as it should always be this way.

A tedious three and a half hour wait to replace two tyres and have alignment done (tires ordered the day before were already at the shop).Replaced the wrong tyre to start with.Staff at desk are friendly but staff slow and unmotivated on the workshop floor.When car was done still had to wait a further 10 to 15 minutes as they could not generate the invoice.Tyres were well priced and work, when done, was good.

Professional, honest and brilliant service. Front desk is very clued up regarding their products. Likewise, they go the extra mile to assist. Definitely would recommend.
