Lived here for 7 years and it was a wonderful place until one resident started complaining about our parrots making noise. In response to complaints from the resident through Body Corp, our opinions and our replies to them were never heard.We noticed over time that Body Corp favoured the resident over us because we were simply tenants and she is an owner".After a while of constant e-mails and communication

Worst place to liveResident Named Nicci Davies makes issues for anything from garden services work to children playing in the garden. Body Corp just does paper shovelling. Besides that its not well maintained.
