Great service. Has halal food. The brisket burger and chicken wrap was delicious.

Just left the garage after a fantastic 18th celebration.Me and my kids were fueling up, getting pies and refreshments for the road back.As we are not from the area.Unfortunately one of my boys was clearly not thinking and simply sprayed some deodorant on himself ( smallest little tester) to be honest I never even noticed as I was paying for the foodOnly to realize the staff there were pinning this minor into a corner and holding him back against his will. They demanded I pay for this spray. I apologized politely. Basically spent my last cash I had on me and was forced to go scratch together 60 Rands out my car at this hour for a small silly error. If I didn't have the money they threatened they would call the police. I am shocked beyond WORDS. Never in my life has this ever happened to me. Ridiculous to say the least. Security AND STAFF EXTREMELY RUDE.MADE ME AND MY CHILD FEEL LIKE CRIMANALS.TO management please review the camera footage I would appreciate your opinion on this matterAs I actually feel like reporting all the staff on duty tonight especially the security guard who thought it was okay to lay his hands on a 16 year old boy and the lady staff behind the till shouting at me for no reason. Definitely sharing this amounst friends to never STOP AT THIS FILL UP STATION.ALSO MIGHT I JUST ADD WHICH I WAS NOT ACTUALLY UPSET ABOUT BUT NOW I AM WE HAD TO WAIT FOREVER TO GET A PIE. and it only been us there at 2 in the morning I would hate to see them cope in busy hours.

Shell Manaba, as pathetic as usual. We arrived at 5.40am today 11th March 23.check your cameras and waited and waited whilst staff standing at the entrance of the shop looked at us and walked back. This is the closest shell petrol station to our home, but due to having experienced this so many times before and also after complaining about it with nothing being done, we eventually stopped coming here, but today we decided to give it another try and TRUE to their nature, they've done it again, truly pathetic and no customer services, so sad as Tidy Towns is doing so much to make Margate a lovely place to be. WAKE UP SHELL MANABA AND SERVICE YOUR PATRONS. Christopher the attendant who helped us after attending to a previous vehicle was exceptional, kind and friendly. Maybe you should let Christopher teach all your staff how to service your customers.

Excellent little halaal takeaway at this Shell GarageGarage also sells Desai's and Khan's marinated meats for braai-ing.

I have been using this Service Station for some time now. The store is super amazing! However since the Management changed some time ago so has the service at the pumps. I have complained about his prior. Come on guys where is the service excellence and urgency on attending to people purchasing your fuel? It's seriously frustrating, address your staff compliment and arrange the shifts according to your peak hours. It's not rocket science.

Service was excellent. Quality off food was the best that I ate in margate. The steak sandwiches was Devine. The deep fried chicken was awesome not forgetting the ice coffee it was the best ever. Excellent work. It's a must stop and have. Well done team shell margate
