I was not given any indication that my appointment was cancelled. I drove all the way there only for them to tell me on the day. Really disappointing service, would not recommend booking any services with them.

Do these staff know that they are working at MAC or sheet street ? The lady who came up to me looked like she was half asleep and was not interested in helping us as all ,when we asked for advice she did not look like she was experienced ,staff lack training and don’t have enthusiasm but they know how to touch up their make up every 5 minutes. Would not recommend.
