Absolute poor service!! I emailed this company twice for a quotation. Thereafter I phoned headquarters and a week later I still haven’t received any feedback. It seems they are not interested in new customers.

I must agree with the reviews above service is shocking. When something is needed you have to email them 3 to 4 times for a response and then our sincere apologies". the last couple of months when we order hazardous tape they are always out of stock "we placing you on back order". Accounts department is just as poorly run. tried to speak to a manager but they soon try to avoid that."

Shocking accounts service. To open an account with Compass you need to provide them with your bank details, copy of your ID and all your bank security checks like: postal and residential addresses, cell phone numbers and land lines. I have paid my account upfront before any service was delivered to my practice. The accounts department kept on sending me Outstanding account" emails. Every time I would send the proof of payment again. Today I have received a final notice that I have not paid the account.On other hand I was very happy with the sales person

Wish i could give them -0 stars!! VERY BAD client service. I spoke to a lady on wednesday and she promised to send me that evening the application forms as she forgot her laptop at home. Today is day 3 still no answer from her, she does not reply on my emails and no answer on her phone!! VERY BAD SERVICE
