Had a flat panel solar geyser installed. Am saving 50% on my electricity bill. Great service and great after sales service. Thank you Solar Guru for your exceptional product and service.

Most definitely not solar gurus! Despite having rang the company to check what geyser we should install for our property, we ended up with a geyser totally unfit for use... at no point did they ever mention the solar geyser would not be suitable for showers (which houses don’t have showers these days?!). On top of that, absolutely zero documentation came with the geyser - no summary of parts, no brochure / instructions. When we rang to challenge that, they said they weren’t available at the time of ordering but are now available (too late when it is already installed). Overall a total waste of money as we have a redundant geyser and the company takes absolutely zero responsibility for giving incorrect advice and supplying no supporting documents* EDIT due to despicable reply from owner - it says a lot if they can’t even recall / search customers after our formal complaints and order history. Again taking zero responsibility for advice they gave on the phone... and no guides were ever emailed.Update - see horrendous email below. Never ever deal with this company!!!
