I'm highly impressed by the service and quality of the bed I received, I recently purchased the 20 star precious deluxe. The 1st thing that caught my attention was the hight of the mattress separately and the quality of the foam used. My elderly father has been having peaceful night sleeps ever since. I got such excellent assistance from the salesman, they gave me the specs of everything I was looking for in a bed for my father. I highly recommend purchasing my future beds from Netrum Bedding .

I bought 3 Natalie beds with a 15 or 20 yr warranty in March 2021. I complained in August that the beds feel uncomfortable, u can feel the metal sticking out along the sides..and now the beds are flatter ". it seems like there is not enough padding in the beds. I bought these for my kids
