Great service and a wide variety of beds available

Ordered a bed, as their deadline for delivery approached(10th working day), i made numerous calls to them, I was promised delivery on the 12th working day(Monday 30 Jan). I received no bed, update or even a courtesy call by 10, so I called, Once I got through, they informed me that the bed might come “sometime during the week”. I paid for the bed with money that was in an interest bearing account, now I just have to wait. if I call, their responses are meaningless because they have proven to me that their words are meaningless, they just seem to be buying time. Huge inconvenience since a had gotten rid of a bed to accommodate space for the new one, main reason for buying the bed… pregnant wife.

I ordered and paid a bed 15 days ago online, and up until now, I haven't received my delivery or any feedback from Blue Rock. I'm very disappointed in their service!

So incredibly pleased with Blue Rock's service. There was a technical glitch with our order - they ended up fulfilling the order anyway. We also needed the bed quite urgently - Keerasha assisted me and ensured that our bed was delivered within 4 days. Lovely service, highly recommend them!
