Sorbet Salon Kolonnade

Treated my fiance to get her nails done before we went on vacation but it ended up in a big dissapointment. Staff clearly don't know what they are doing and also didn't know the difference between their colour range. They fixed the colour issue in a unprofessional way.

Worst Sorbet experience ever. Was a little earlier for appointment and they just said ok, didn’t told us how long we must wait or if someone would assist. There was no place to sit and wait. The options for gel available for application is extremely disappointing. Treatments not on par with what I have experienced at other Sorbet salons. Felt very unwelcome and not relaxed at all.

Service is always on point. I have been doing my brows, facials and nails there for years. Best in the business!

Quite disappointed in the attitude of some of the employees at this branch. On a few occasions I've had a bad experience here, but because it was the closest branch to me I kept going back and giving them the benefit of the doubt. There is just not a friendly atmosphere here at all and poor customer service. My most recent experience includes being incorrectly charged, not once but three times and when explaining to the employee helping me that she was doing this, her attitude was just awful. She would even utter things in her own language to her colleague about me, as if I couldn't tell standing right there and correcting their mistake. They were incompetent of their own price list and had such a bad attitude when being corrected and proven wrong. The main person helping me was so unhelpful at this point too, I eventually just paid them even though they were wrong, but I made it clear that I would be following up on this, which I did and even emailed them accordingly to rectify the situation, but they just ignored my email. I called the Sorbet customer care line, had them do the calculations with me, only to be proven right, now I'm waiting for my refund, but it makes me wonder how many times I've been wrongfully charged and did not check or speak up. From here on out, I will no longer go back to this branch and I would not recommend them at all, rather go to a different Sorbet branch, you will be treated much better.

I am a regular customer at Sorbet and I love doing waxing of my upper lip & eyebrows. This isn't the first time I had a bad experience with this branch but after yesterday I'm never going back. The lady who did my waxing made me bleed with a tweezer and waxed my upper lip over 7 times. The manager didn't seem to care. Hated the service.

I began my journey with gel polish with sorbet Menlyn many years ago and up until recently I tried the Kollonade branch.It was only this year that I looked to do my nails out of sorbet and to be honest I couldn’t complain. Though I decided to go back because it was closer for me and I’ve realized I’m not a sorbet fan anymore.The service is excellent and the results are good.Though the fact that you have to pay an additional fee for chrome (which they only have two options of colour available) is a bit disheartening.I do also feel that constantly using acetone to remove the polish really damages the nails in the long run. I’ve been to other establishments that file the polish off without effecting the nails whatsoever.If you have the money to splurge or you want to spoil yourself once in a blue moon then Sorbet is a good option.

Very small, staff is alright, friendly, but their Gelish, gel or gel + Gelish combo only lasts 2 weeks that they start peeling/falling off
