Very bad customer service...I bought a Canon print inter at Hifi Corp Mbabane in May, and the printer got paper jam issue and couldn’t load the paper to print, but there is no paper jam, therefore I took it to Hifi Corp Mbabane for repair (Still under warranty and I kept the invoice)…… so let the unfortunate story begin.Me: Hi, my printer got paper jam issue and couldn’t load the paper properly when it prints….Staff: Your printer is dusty….. where did you put it? You must clean it and bring it back to us…Me:…………(I don’t want to attend his comment while his accusing act was bothering me….)He kept punch my printer and thought the paper jam issue was caused by the dust….(it’s fine…. I think he is just trying to fix it…..), in the end, he couldn’t fix it and talking to his colleague….and said, it’s useless to give him(me as customer) a new printer if he couldn’t maintain clean condition, he will break it again…..Well, well, well….. from now on, I was totally annoyed and got emotional by his accusing comment.Then he asked for the receipt, then I submitted the receipt with my emotional gesture………Staff: ….. why you submit the receipt like that (he also responded with his emotion)Me: ………. So that’s your service attitude to the customer? Always accusing the way how customer misuse the product and always thought it’s customers’ fault to cause the damage all time?And we end up shout each other… and he run away, and then his colleagues have to apologize to me on his behalf which is totally unacceptable…..Apparently, I wasn’t the first customer to complain about the specific staff (a Swazi with light skin color male.), I heard from friend of mine that the specific staff also gave my friend a very bad attitude and my friend almost wanted to have physical fight with him……

Kwanele was the best, he advised and ensure i am comfortable with choice in tv.

Few months back I went to buy TV at Mbabane, got assistance from Sakhile Nonjola, I was actually not sure which brand can be good for me but the service I got from him was really amazing.. I'll always recommend Hifi corp

One of the Best shop to buy from. Although public always says your products have faults and don't last. I bought a fridge the store, it 6 years ago still work perfectly without any repairs and maintenance done.
