Poor ventilation, our home was always filled with cigarette smoke from next door neighbor's bathroom, mind you we are nonsmokers and have a toddler. Worse we signed a one-year lease, just for them to terminate it with no reason and gave us less than 25 days to move out. No electricity for days, (not load shedding) high electricity bills, and water bills. Honestly the worse place you can live in.

Highly would not recommend living here.There's always an issue every month. If it's not power outages (on top of loadshedding), it's water outages.

Close to 10hours of no electricity, with no communication whatsoever (nothing to do with loadshedding).SAFETY ISSUE: Little bit of wind and car ports are falling to the ground, almost damaging the vehicle.Poor network coverage.The electricity charge is excessive.Thin walls and hearing neighbors talk.When lightning strikes, electricity goes off.With more blocks being built, expect to experience low voltage; my lights, kettle and microwave don’t work .Definitely won’t recommend.

Absolutely terrible. Constant power outages in the estate and nothing is being done about this. I live alone in a one bedroom apartment but my water and electricity bill is nothing less than 1k a month. The walls are thin, you can hear your neighbours talk. Very unpleasant experience.

Nice complex and clubhouse. Apartments are very tiny. Huge complex. I think they should name the roads and put the block numbers and unit numbers on the roads on boards so ppl can know where to go and to chick block

This place has been such a horrible experience with electricity and water that is ridiculously priced.How can a bill for 2 people who barely cook be more than R1500 a month. The use of the company NetVendor was a really bad ideaDon't move to this place or any place that uses NetVendor as a service provider.

This estate is really beautiful. Solar panels, vegetable garden, swimming pool, organic worm farm, huge lifestyle center, outdoor exercise equipment, soccer field, parking for electric cars, great security and more.

Don't buy from this development, they conn you into buying from them. They take over a year and a half to register and transfer your apartment. You will have to pay occupational rent until the transfer that's for over a year and a half
