Ive found that garden services usually goes for minumum effort/shortest time , as they chase numbers.Jubelius started good, but ended on a low. My lawn was destroyed because it was cut with a weed eater. Their last visit was nothing short of disrepectful service and attitude. When I brought it under the attention of the owner I was told to find a new service provider. No apology, investigation,correction, zilch. No sir,you are the weakest link!

The garden maintenance crew are all very friendly and helpful. The challenges are with ongoing incompetent administration of not being able to capture payments on the monthly invoices. No one seems to answer any telephonic calls when you need to query your account. After many years i have opted to cancel my service today. I sincerely hope you and your business a prosperous future.
