Absolutely terrible. They expect the keyholder to inspect the reason for the triggered alarm.To phone a keyholder at 5am to go and check why their client's alarm was triggered is unacceptable. They should send an officer to the premises and only if there is a problem, contact the keyholder. Because of this, I cancelled my contract with them.

Absolutely disgusting response time (10mns+) to a panic button alarm and then beam activation.AR guard told us to stop overreacting and there is no panic; control room debated instead of taking description of intruder.
