Staff seem disorganized. I went to pick up a Paxi package. Staff refused to accept any form of ID except the barcoded ID book. This was not specified in the message I received. I have previously used a driver's license. The more I tried to explain, the more the staff member insisted that the message stated BARCODED ID, which it didn't.

I have to mention that I found kindness and friendliness in the most unlikely place. I went to PEP home in Long Beach Mall, looking for specific items. I got the attention of an employee there called Winona (sorry didn't get the surname), who not only patiently assisted and advised me but followed me around helping me with my goods. She even went out of her way and fetched a trolley for me once she realized I wouldn't be able to carry all the goods.God bless people like , Winona. It was refreshing to encounter a person with her high level of professionalism and her innate sense of humanity (when she saw me struggle)You made my day. Congratulations Pep Home on a great choice of employee. Let's hope she is demonstrated accordingly

Love the home items they stock. Nice fresh ideas and beautiful colours. And at a good price.My only 'gripe' I wish the store was bigger to stock even more items
